Indian Street Food There is nothing better than Indian cuisine in my opinion. The spices, sauces, vibrant colours and crispy batters. Indian food is the perfect blend of flavour and textures. Street food is an integral part of Indian culture. The many colourful stalls outside shops and on the side of roads provide a meeting place and refreshment for Indian people. When you eat from street food vendors in India, you get an everyday taste of life. Pani Puri: It is a deep-fried, hollow, crispy bread which is first punctured in the middle using their thumb. It is filled with a potato mixture with onion and chickpea followed by spiced water. Eating pani puri was an emotional overload. Even if it doesn’t fill my stomach it fills my heart.
